For International Yoga Day 2022, themed “Yoga for Humanity,” the underprivileged children of VSWS engaged in various asanas, learned breathing techniques, and practiced meditation to enhance their concentration. The sessions were guided by Ma’am Isha, providing the children with valuable skills to improve their well-being.

A free dental check-up camp was organized by team members, where Dr. Jyotsana Wadia and Dr. Aarati examined more than 100 children. Toothpaste, brushes, and medicine were also distributed to the participants.
Twenty young VSWS volunteers provided refreshing drinks, including Jaljeera and chilled water, to vegetable vendors and their customers at the Monday Sabji Mundi amidst the intense heat.
