Skill-Based Education: Empowering Girls Through Mehndi Design Training
Vijay Social Welfare Society is proud to launch a 15-day Mehndi Design Training Program for 15 girls as part of its commitment to promoting skill-based education and women’s empowerment.
The program aims to equip participants with practical Mehndi art skills, covering both traditional and modern design techniques under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Beyond creativity, this initiative focuses on developing skills that can create opportunities for self-employment, financial independence, and personal growth.
At VSWS, we believe that education is not only about academic achievement but also about acquiring skills that help individuals become self-reliant and confident. Skill-based learning plays a vital role in creating livelihood opportunities, reducing unemployment, and empowering young women to build a brighter future.
Through this training program, participants will gain valuable experience, enhance their creativity, and develop the confidence to transform their skills into meaningful opportunities.
Our vision is simple:
“Learn a Skill, Earn with Dignity.”
By empowering girls with practical skills, we are helping them become confident, independent, and prepared to contribute positively to their families, communities, and society.
Together, let us create opportunities, inspire confidence, and build a self-reliant society.
